Sports Tech Specialist (College, Pro, Olympic)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Sports Tech Specialist who takes ownership of customer outcomes and performs well in real-time situations.

You will work directly with coaches and athletes to ensure our systems perform in training and competition environments.

This role is primarily based in Tulsa with a mix of live support and occasional field work including installs, events, and on-site support. You will be relied on in real moments. The ability to think clearly, communicate effectively, and follow through without being managed is critical.

We are not looking for someone to fill a seat. We are looking for someone to take ownership of this role and grow with it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide live support via phone, text, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time with clarity and confidence
  • Take ownership of problems from start to finish
  • Guide coaches through setup and effective system use
  • Work with iPads, Apple TV, cameras, and network-based systems
  • Assist with system setup, testing, and light install work
  • Travel occasionally for events, installs, and on-site support
  • Test new features and updates before and after release
  • Document issues and improve internal support processes

Technical Expectations:

  • Basic networking concepts (IP addresses, Wi-Fi, device connectivity)
  • Working with Apple devices (iPad, Apple TV, iPhone)
  • Cameras and video systems
  • Troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary (DOE)

Schedule:
Full-time | Onsite | Flexible start between 7–8 AM | Minimum 40 hours/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
