Main job duties and responsibilities:

Communicate with Technical Teams and various departments regarding the instructions of the Sports Technical Director.

Prepare reports and analyze various data related to the Sports Technical.

Prepare statistics and reports continuously for the technical teams and academies in all clubs.to prepare databases as needed.
-
Create a proper filling system for the sports technical department.
-
Coordinate the honoring ceremonies by providing numbers and data.
-
Coordinate the process and collecting the data for setting Technical Objectives, KPIs, and Targets for Technical Staff.
-
Conduct the required research and studies to improve sports technical performance.
-
Establish relationships with Sports federations and associations locally, regionally, and internationally and their technical committees.
-
Consolidate Sports Technical Staff Learning and development needs.
-
Implement an on-going coach education program in coordination with stakeholders.
-
Build partnerships with external technical service providers to create a fully integrated on-field and off-field coach and player development program and ensure the implementation of this programs.

Collect data needed to accurately track the Technical Department’s capacities, participation, and actual costs vs budget.
-
Collaborate in preparing a consolidated calendar of events/tournaments for supervised Sports.
-
Monitoring the Implementation of value-added services (camps, technology, private training, etc.).
-
Help in setting procurement requirements (tools, equipment, sportswear, etc.) and logistics.

Consolidation of customer service reports concerning members' satisfaction with the provided services.

Visit all clubs including official matches periodically according to a pre-planned schedule and prepare reports about it.

follow up player skills evaluation and the collection of other technical data needed for evaluation of technical programs.

Consolidate all achievements results.
-
Monitor the process of teams’ selection and registration.
-
Consolidates sports technical requirements in existing and new clubs.
-
Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:

Suitable bachelor's degree
-
Experience in sports administration from 1-3 years.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:

Knowledge of sports administrative work

Good communication skills, both written and spoken
-
The ability to perform and achieve more than one job under any pressure.
-
Fluency in English.
-
Proficiency in dealing with computers and MS Office programs, especially Excel & PowerPoint programs.
