Spot Sales Agent (Car Rental Company)

We’re looking for a results-driven Spot Sales Agent to join our growing car rental team. If you have the passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the drive to close deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively sell car rental services to walk-in and on-the-spot customers.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Promote special offers and packages to maximize revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries and complete rental agreements efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in car rental or automotive services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
• Fluent in English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Highly motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
• Immediate joiner is required.
• Holding a transferable visa and a valid QID.
