The Technical Program Integration Analyst will be a key driver of execution within the Synergy transformation program. While the Program Lead orchestrates the high-level strategy, the Analyst is responsible for the "boots on the ground" technical coordination. You will work across the Industrial System with Product Development (PD), Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to understand complex dependencies, document technical data flows, and ensure that the connected data framework remains intact throughout the Industrial System. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate complex Agile environments to keep the program moving at pace. You will help bridge the gap between high-level business process changes and the underlying IT architecture.
Must-have
- Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and technical workflows to identify bottlenecks or misalignments.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand software development lifecycles (SDLC) and how integrated enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, MES) function.
- Agile Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing backlogs and dependencies in Jira. You should be comfortable using Jira data to tell a story about progress and risks.
- Communication: Ability to take complex technical status updates and distill them into clear, concise reports for the Program Lead.
- Systems Thinking (Foundational): An understanding of how a change in a PD data attribute might impact downstream Manufacturing or Supply Chain systems.
- Ford+ Alignment: A commitment to the Ford+ behaviors, focusing on transparency, speed, and technical excellence.
Nice-to-Have
- Tool Experience: Hands-on experience with Ford-specific or industry-standard tools like 3DX (Dassault Systèmes), SAP, or MMP.
- Technical Background: Experience in software development, data engineering, or systems engineering is a significant plus.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau to create automated status dashboards.
- Project Management Foundations: 2–4 years of experience in a technical coordinator, business analyst, or junior Technical Project Manager (TPM) role.
- Change Management: Experience documenting new "to-be" processes and helping technical teams adopt new ways of working.
Preferred
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Junior TPM role within a large-scale enterprise transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Domain Knowledge: Previous exposure to automotive Product Development or Manufacturing IT environments.
- Technical Documentation: Proven ability to create high-quality technical documentation, process maps, and integration diagrams.
- Modernization Experience: Familiarity with Cloud-native architectures, MDM (Master Data Management), and migrating legacy data to modern platforms.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and technically minded, with a passion for understanding how different digital systems (3DX, MMP, etc.) talk to one another.
- Technical Dependency Mapping: Identify and understand the technical integration points and data dependencies across the Industrial System (Product Development, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing).
- Data & Process Mapping: Document the technical hand-offs and data flows across the Industrial System and identify where data "breaks" or becomes siloed.
- Sprint/PI Planning Support: Provide the technical context needed for successful PI Planning, ensuring that dependencies are mapped at the feature level across multiple teams and are aligned with the broader integration roadmap.
- Detailed Problem Solving: Assist the Lead in "diving deep" into technical roadblocks. Collect data, perform root-cause analysis on delays, and propose tactical workarounds to keep development on track.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for individual engineering and IT teams, ensuring they understand the "System Thinking" requirements passed down from the program level.
