Position: Spray Foam Insulation Technician

Location: 3005 John Deere Road - Toano, VA 23168

Schedule: M-F, Day Shift

Pay: Base hourly rate + daily project bonus

What We’re Looking for in a Spray Foam Insulator:

• Minimum of one year professional experience with spray foam insulation
• A high level of integrity and work ethic
• Professional and polite attitude
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving/insurance record
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Pre-employment illegal drug screen

Working Conditions:

• Travel between job sites and to the office in a company truck
• Often working in small, dark, and damp areas
• Able to handle weather conditions based on the season

Physical Requirements:

• Carrying, climbing, crawling, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
