Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized, motivated, and social-media-savvy intern to join our Influencer Management team for Spring 2026. This internship is perfect for someone passionate about influencer marketing, talent management, and the ever-evolving world of TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You’ll get hands-on experience supporting influencer campaigns, pitching to brands, and helping shape creative strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize performance data for influencer marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm and assist with content and social strategy concepts for influencer talent
  • Identify and compile brand contacts for pitching opportunities
  • Craft unique pitches to help secure influencer brand partnerships
  • Research and evaluate emerging creators for potential management opportunities
  • Take detailed notes during talent meetings to support managers and ensure follow-through on action items
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and platform updates

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated self-starter
  • Strong marketing, branding, research, and administrative skills
  • A deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends
  • Genuine passion for influencer marketing and the entertainment industry, with a desire to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) a plus
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or analytics dashboards a plus
  • Copywriting abilities for social media or branding a plus

Education/Training

  • Open to current undergraduate and graduate students

Internship Details

  • Dates: January – May 2026 (Spring Semester)
  • Schedule: Flexible, approximately 10–15 hours per week (remote)
  • Compensation: $15/hour
  • This internship may be eligible for academic credit depending on your school’s program
