We’re looking for a passionate and driven intern to join our Corporate Services team, focusing on Engagement and Culture initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in coordinating employee engagement events, supporting experience and culture programs, and contributing to a dynamic team that values creativity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Qualifications – External
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in employee engagement, organizational culture, and internal communications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Available to work in Scottsdale, AZ during the internship term
To be considered for an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. This position is specifically looking for someone who will be enrolled in [Master's Degree Program].

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement events across the organization
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote internal programs and campaigns
  • Help gather feedback and insights to improve engagement strategies
  • Contribute to communications and storytelling efforts that highlight our culture
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support project coordination and reporting
  • Work with SharePoint to manage content, organize resources, and streamline team collaboration
