We’re looking for a passionate and driven intern to join our Corporate Services team, focusing on Engagement and Culture initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in coordinating employee engagement events, supporting experience and culture programs, and contributing to a dynamic team that values creativity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Qualifications – External

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Strong interest in employee engagement, organizational culture, and internal communications
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Available to work in Scottsdale, AZ during the internship term

To be considered for an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. This position is specifically looking for someone who will be enrolled in [Master's Degree Program].

Assist in planning and executing engagement events across the organization
Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote internal programs and campaigns
Help gather feedback and insights to improve engagement strategies
Contribute to communications and storytelling efforts that highlight our culture
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support project coordination and reporting
Work with SharePoint to manage content, organize resources, and streamline team collaboration
