About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SQA Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all software products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability before release. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, analytical in thinking, and committed to delivering flawless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through the full software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality at every stage.
• Conduct regression testing, functional testing, performance testing, and UI/UX validation.
• Ensure product compliance with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test techniques, and defect tracking.
• Experience with manual testing; automation experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, and version control systems (Git)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs135,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
