SQA Engineer

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for complete modules or end-to-end applications.
• Automate test cases using scripting languages and modern frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.
• Implement and maintain AI-powered automation solutions to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and improve product robustness.
• Analyze test results, identify patterns and issues, and recommend improvements in the testing process.
• Actively participate in defining test strategies, performing risk assessments, and contributing to peer code reviews.
• Guide junior SQA engineers, providing technical leadership and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (required).
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proven experience with automation tools and frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.
• Exposure to or experience with AI-based automation tools or approaches.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills for working effectively within cross-functional teams.
