Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing both exploratory and automated tests to ensure the quality of our products. You will be involved in test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting, while ensuring that all issues and defects are properly identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify issues and ensure product quality.
• Track, document, and manage defects through the defect tracking system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure adherence to software testing and quality assurance best practices.
• Manage multiple assignments effectively while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience testing websites and applications (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Quick learner with self-motivation and adaptability.
