We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should havestrong manual testing skillsbasic to intermediate knowledge of test automation and hands-on experience with healthcare/medical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
  • Create detailed test cases, test scenarios and bug reports
  • Execute regression, functional, UI/UX and system testing
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers and other stakeholders
  • Maintain test documentation and ensure quality standards
  • Work on basic automation scripts and contribute to test automation frameworks
  • Ensure QA processes are followed and assist in process improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Manual QA
  • Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and defect life cycle
  • Experience with healthcare/medical domain applications (preferred)
  • Basic experience with Automation (Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar QA tools
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger)
  • Experience with database testing (SQL)
  • Understanding of HIPAA or healthcare compliance (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Additional QA or Software Testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
  • Relevant coursework in software development, testing methodologies or database management
  • Training or diplomas in automation tools or QA processes will be considered an advantage.
