Job Timing: Night Shift — 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (PKT)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our QA team. The selected candidate will design, implement, and manage automated and exploratory tests to ensure top-quality software delivery. You will take part in planning, estimation, execution, testing, and reporting activities while ensuring timely detection, documentation, and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Perform exploratory testing to detect issues early in the development process.
• Log, track, and manage defects using standard issue-tracking tools.
• Work closely with development and project teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Follow QA best practices and maintain thorough testing documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Hands-on experience testing software applications and websites (preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability and a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and solid technical understanding.
• Ability to take initiative and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with a strong dedication to quality.
