Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our expanding QA team. This role involves designing, planning, executing, and overseeing both automated and exploratory testing processes. You will participate in all stages of the QA lifecycle—test planning, effort estimation, execution, documentation, reporting, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify issues early in the development cycle.
• Log and track defects using standard issue-tracking systems.
• Work closely with developers and project teams to ensure smooth and high-quality releases.
• Maintain well-organized and comprehensive QA documentation.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting strict project deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Hands-on experience in testing software applications and websites (preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability and a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and solid technical aptitude.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute to team objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
