SQA Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SQA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and/or automated testing and be able to work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools
• Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3–5years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing tools
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Good knowledge of API testing and database testing
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of performance or security testing is a plus

Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
