SQA Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough manual testing, exploratory testing of web applications and APIs to identify bugs and defects issues across various platforms and browsers.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases on confluence.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs on Jira.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet
• specifications/features.
• Collaboration with internal teams (developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Track quality assurance metrics
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Implement efficient automation testing strategies to streamline the testing process and improve test coverage.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies,and implementing improvements as needed.

Qualificaton:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software or Computer Engineering or a related field

1 – 3 years of hands-on experience with In-depth understanding in Software Quality Assurance testing
