Smart Computing is seeking a motivated Associate SQA Engineer with around 2 years of experience in Database software testing.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring software quality, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow their skills in a collaborative professional environment.

Job Title: Junior QA Engineer
Experience Required: 1.5 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
Perform database testing using SQL queries.
Validate backend data integrity and troubleshoot defects related to data mismatch.
Collaborate with developers and senior QA for issue resolution.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing insights.
Log, track, and retest defects in the issue tracking system.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL, joins, stored procedures, and indexing.
Understanding of database concepts (MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL).
Clear knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
Basic understanding of API testing tools (Postman preferred).
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, Clickup, or TestRail.

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
