SQF Practioner

Description:
1.Implementation & Maintenance of the SQF System Ensure the Quality Management System is established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved. Keep procedures, records, and programs compliant with SQF Code requirements.

2. Food Safety Plan (HACCP-Based) food safety plans. Ensure hazard analyses are complete and preventive controls are effective. 3. Internal Audits & Verification Conduct or oversee internal audits of the SQF system. Verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are implemented and effective. Review monitoring records and food safety documentation for accuracy and compliance. 4. Training & Competency Ensure employees are trained on food safety practices, CCP/PC monitoring, GMPs, hygiene, and allergen management. Maintain training records and verify competency.

5. Regulatory & Customer Compliance Ensure programs meet FSMA, regulatory, and customer requirements. Serve as the point of contact for auditors, inspectors, and customer food safety representatives.

6. Continuous Improvement & Corrective Actions Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes for food safety incidents or audit non-conformances. Monitor trends and drive continuous system improvement.

7. Communication & Leadership Promote a food safety culture across the facility. Communicate system updates, incidents, or risks to senior management. Chair or participate in Food Safety Team meetings.

Requirements:
HACCP Certification

Knowledge of SQF Code (Edition 9) - GMPs, and food safety regulations
