SQL and Banking Domain Support

We are seeking a skilled SQL and Banking Domain Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking software solutions.

Exp: 1-6 Years Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for banking software applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SQL database issues.
• Work closely with banking clients to understand and resolve their queries.
• Monitor database performance and optimize queries for efficiency.
• Assist in database maintenance, backups, and restoration processes.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to improve system functionality.
• Document troubleshooting steps and best practices for future reference.
• -Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with stored procedures, indexing, and query performance tuning.
• Understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and reporting tools.
