SQL Product Support Analyst

We are looking for candidate with a strong foundation in SQL, an understanding of client-server architecture, and the ability to work in a client-centric role. This role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility to support clients in US EST time zones, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Technical Skills: MS SQL, Python, Analytical Skills, Databricks, Snowflake, Basic cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS).

• Looking for candidate with basic understanding of JavaScript, client – server architecture.
• Hands-on in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, understand performance optimization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work in US EST Time zones to support client requests
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should be flexible and working in shifts. (During internship general/UK shift/Night Shift).

Good to have:

• Working knowledge of designing and implementing any programming languages.
• Candidate with SQL Certification is a plus
• Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area, OR equivalent education and experience.
