SQL Programmer/Developer

Job Description

• Write, test, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
• Design and maintain relational databases
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance
• Troubleshoot database issues and optimize query performance
• Support reporting, analytics, and application development needs
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Perform database backups and maintenance

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as an SQL Programmer or Database Developer
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle)
• Understanding of database design and normalization
• Experience with performance tuning and indexing
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
