About Anyware Robotics

Anyware Robotics deploys multi-purpose mobile robots, equipped with physical AI, to safely and autonomously handle strenuous and repetitive operational tasks. Description

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pilot design to close and expansion.
  • Translate complex hardware/software systems into clear ROI stories for operations and finance leaders.
  • Partner with founders and engineers to shape roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build pipeline through a mix of outbound, inbound, and strategic introductions.
  • Help define early sales processes, playbooks, and collateral as we grow.

Who You Are
  • ~3 years into your AE journey with hardware/software or automation systems experience.
  • Startup-minded: resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable building from zero.
  • Skilled at selling into complex industrial or logistics environments.
  • Able to collaborate closely with a founding team.
  • Motivated to own the story and grow into a GTM leadership role.
  • Willing to travel 75%

Compensation
  • Above-market base to offset early-stage uncertainty.
  • High upside OTE for hitting growth milestones.
  • Equity participation, you’ll help build the foundation of our commercial team.
