A leading company specializing in architectural fit-out and high-end special finishes is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Eligibility Requirement

Only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role as per Saudization program guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor project costing, cashflow, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA, VAT filings, WHT, and internal financial controls
• Verify supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and cost allocations
• Coordinate with management and external auditors
• Support financial planning, analysis, and project reporting

Qualifications

• Saudi National – required as part of Saudization compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in construction, contracting, or fit-out
• Strong understanding of Saudi tax regulations, ZATCA, VAT, and WHT
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills

Preferred

• Experience in cost control or project-based accounting
• Background in architectural finishes/fit-out industry
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
