Position: Senior Accountant
Industry: Infrastructure / Construction
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Educational Qualification

• M.Com passed

Software Skills

• Well-versed with Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day accounting activities independently
• Maintenance and review of books of accounts in Tally Prime
• Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
• Managing GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliations, and audits
• Handling TDS calculations, returns, and compliance
• Accounting and tracking of project-wise costs, budgets, and expenses (Infra projects)
• Vendor ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Coordination with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
• Monitoring statutory compliance applicable to the infrastructure/construction sector
• Supporting management with MIS reports and financial analysis

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Accountant
• Prior experience in Infrastructure / Construction industry preferred
• Experience in handling multiple projects and site-related accounting will be an advantage
