Sr Accountant

The Senior GL Accountant will report to the Financial Accounting manager and work in the areas of US GAAP reporting and analysis encompassing Revenue Recognition, Billing, Balance Sheet reconciliations

• Own the Billing Process, AR, and Revenue related reporting
• Performs monthly bank reconciliations and promptly resolves any discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on financial performance and KPIs.
• Complete Balance Sheet and assigned reconciliations accurately and timely
• Compliance & Audits: Support PBC requests for Tax and FS reviews
• Support Month end process and local, state and federal tax compliance and reporting (including payroll, property and sales and use tax compliance and reporting)
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum of 3- 5 years GL experience
• General ledger and other accounting systems experience: Open Accounts and Radius or similar systems a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience

-Active CPA License -preferred but no necessary.
