Sr. Accountant - Facilities Management

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial transactions
• Handle invoicing, client billing, and payment follow-ups
• Ensure accurate recording of expenses and cost allocation for FM projects
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
• Maintain compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in Facilities Management or contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of VAT regulations in UAE
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
