Qualification: M.Com , ACCA or CA etc

Accounts professional manages financial records, prepares reports, monitors cash flow, and ensures regulatory compliance. They coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and auditing activities, supporting strategic decisions and improving processes. This role involves reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and advising management on profitability. Effective communication, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting systems are essential to maintain financial integrity and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts timely.
• Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital efficiently.
• Execute internal audits ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide financial analysis and performance insight for decision-making.
• Coordinate tax filings and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support strategic planning through financial modelling and scenario analysis.

Skill & Experience

• Strong proficiency in accounting software (ERP, SAP) and Excel functions.
• Excellent analytical mindset with effective problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills for reporting and cross-department collaboration.
• Knowledge of regulatory and tax compliance in local jurisdiction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
