Sr Advanced Project Management Specialist

You will report directly to our Project Management Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by enhancing project delivery processes, improving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with business goals, ultimately contributing to Honeywell's success in the marketplace.

• Lead and manage multiple advanced projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

• Proven experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
