Description


Group O is seeking a Sr Advertising & Creative Services Manager to use a combination of creativeskills and strategic leadership qualities to help drive a diverse set of experiences and products for a partner of Group O. In this role, you will work with both internal and external agency partners spanning creative, strategy, media, research/data, and more to ensure end-to-end creative cohesion.. This individual contributor is self-sufficient and able to work on multiple ongoing projects concurrently.


Key Responsibilities


Essential Functions:
  • Assist in establishing and implementing the creative platform for customer acquisition ( via satellite, via internet, and streaming), production of assets, and performance optimization for all creative advertising, including mass and digital performance media.
  • Manage creative agency relationships and development for online acquisition campaigns from brief through implementation including campaign performance optimization, presenting campaign results/key learnings, and recommended improvements to leadership.
  • Oversight on the production of full funnel creative advertising assets - TV/linear video, out-of-home, audio, performance digital (social and display), internal communicates, and earned media.
  • Performance optimization of creative advertising - message testing, segmentation execution, and customer journey mapping.
  • Oversight and optimization of our non-working media budget overseeing all mass and digital creative advertising agencies; partner with media team to ensure understanding of paid media plan to deliver creative assets.
  • Identify, monitor, and analyze internal and external performance parameters to optimize campaign performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external resources – engage with different functional teams and business units to drive business success and optimization.

Job Qualifications


Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience:
  • 3-5 years working in the advertising, telecom, and/or entertainment field.
  • Advertising agency, production and/or film, and TV experience required.
  • Experience in creative, media, design, communications, or related field required
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiar with all types of file formats.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; baseline knowledge of MS Office suite preferred.
  • Having the drive to always learn and experiment with new processes, teams, and tools.
