Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and large-scale ML systems, with a passion for applying AI to solve complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines (data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment).
• Lead R&D in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI to build state-of-the-art solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Optimize models for scalability, performance, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and evaluate their applicability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
• Expertise in one or more areas: NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and mathematics for ML.
• Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments.
