Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Health Brokerage Tools & Operations is a key individual contributor responsible for supporting the enhancement and adoption of core marketer-facing tools within the Health Brokerage organization, including CRM, Quote & Enroll platforms, and Agency Management Systems (AMS).

This role requires deep expertise in Health Brokerage operating models, with a particular focus on Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Supplement (MS), Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Ancillary products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end distribution lifecycle and will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and affiliate partners to ensure tools are optimized for both strategic and day-to-day use

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Health Brokerage operating models and workflows across MA, MS, ACA, and Ancillary products
  • Act as a key liaison between affiliate partners, sales teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Support implementation and optimization of marketer-facing tools including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Quote & Enroll systems, and AMS platforms
  • Participate in roadmap planning, including surfacing feature/functionality gaps and prioritizing enhancement requests based on impact
  • Conduct user feedback sessions and document pain points, use cases, and potential solutions to improve adoption and scalability
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training materials, and change management related to new tool deployments or updates
  • Support the development and maintenance of standardized workflows, reporting, and documentation across the Health Distribution network
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT, Data, Marketing, and Strategy teams to align tool development with enterprise goals and initiatives
  • Monitor tool usage metrics and support ad hoc data analysis requests as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • 4–6+ years of experience in health insurance, brokerage operations, or healthcare distribution, with a focus on technology and process improvement
  • Deep understanding of Health Brokerage models, particularly across Medicare Advantage, Med Supp, ACA, and Ancillary lines of business
  • Hands-on experience working with broker tools such as Salesforce (or other CRMs), quoting/enrollment platforms, and AMS solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, synthesize, and document business requirements for system enhancements
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Admin or related certification
  • Experience working with affiliate partner organizations in a decentralized operating model
  • Familiarity with CMS regulations and how they impact Medicare sales technology
  • Prior experience participating in vendor evaluations or system selection projects
Work Environment:
  • This role may be remote or hybrid, depending on candidate location
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend onsite meetings or affiliate visits
