This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional project management professional with product launch experience to join a team that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from the ground up. TMTT is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease in order to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives. As the Manager, Project Management you will initiate, plan, execute, control, and manage all aspects of launch project(s) to ensure readiness at the target product launch date.
Work Schedule: This is an onsite position in Irvine, CA.
How you will make an impact:
Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manage project risk.
Determine and discern detailed requirements on mid-to-large scale projects to establish the project deliverables and develop the project management plan, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes.
Facilitate the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitations
Assess project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders
Establish and coordinate team members and stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications
Actively leads one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities
Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned
Other duties as assigned by Leadership
What you will need (required):
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum 5 years of hands on experience managing mid-to-large scale projects or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred

Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Substantial understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing small-to-mid scale project plans
Ability to adapt to new technologies
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $92,000 - $130,000 (highly experienced).
