The Sr. Analyst, Retirement Plan administers multiple complex defined contribution plans and provides support for defined benefit plans. Uses reporting tools and data analysis skills to monitor plans and ensure compliance with plan documents and ERISA/DOL requirements. Works closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and external vendors to resolve escalated retirement plan issues and support various projects. Also supports compensation team on data analysis and audits.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $80,640 to $120,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final offer amounts may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
