Job Overview:
This Senior Analyst role is part of the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) organization and provides support to both internal business partners and external vendors. A central aspect of this role is leading change and process management efforts in support of SS&P and the Contingent Workforce Program.
The position will contribute to the program’s evolution by enhancing supplier relationship and performance management, driving program adoption, and applying data‑driven insights to inform long‑term program strategy.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in contingent labor program strategy and operations, a strong understanding of best practices across staff augmentation and SOW services, and the analytical capability to translate data into strategy and deliver results end‑to‑end.
Responsibilities:
Support day‑to‑day operations of the Contingent Labor Program, including onboarding and offboarding, monitoring assignment end dates, processing extensions, and responding to program‑related inquiries.
Manage requisition queues in a timely manner and within defined SLAs, ensuring accurate administration and updates in Beeline.
Perform daily administration of the CLP/Beeline VMS, including data entry, contract updates, and maintaining accurate program records.
Create, manage, and distribute weekly and monthly status reports, including resource planning updates, requisition activity, and CLP statistics (placements, terminations, transfers).
Assist with job postings on external job boards and track posting dates, costs, and contract updates.
Review contracts to ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies, escalating issues to Legal and business partners as needed.
Support development of contingent labor category plans by analyzing spend data, vendor performance, contract summaries, stakeholder inputs, and market insights to inform both short- and long‑term strategies.
Contribute to the Contingent Labor Programs evolution by driving quick‑win improvements while advancing long‑range strategic priorities.
Strengthen collaboration with internal business partners to ensure clear understanding of requirements, alignment on initiatives, and consistent stakeholder engagement.
Communicate CLP program guidelines, processes, and contract expectations to suppliers and internal managers to ensure compliance and clarity.
Bring forward thought leadership to identify cost savings, operational efficiencies, and opportunities to enhance program maturity.
Collaborate across departments to support strategy development, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
Represent and advocate SS&P strategies, policies, and goals across the firm.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business and program needs.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience within a medium to large enterprise environment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MSP operations, MSP program support, or internally managed Contingent Labor Program management or support.
Extensive hands‑on experience with Beeline VMS, including reporting and system administration, is required.
Foundational knowledge of different labor and services categories including contingent labor, IT services, Engineering Services, and other misc. professional services.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, translating detailed information into clear, concise executive summaries.
Interpersonal and customer‑service skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
Above Average proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships through consistent, transparent support of business partners.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload based on business needs and deadlines.
Extensive understanding of the full spectrum of Contingent Labor and Professional Services offerings.
Above average analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret complex data and subsequently present insights clearly to various audiences
Highly adaptable and resourceful, with a proven ability to manage changing priorities and thrive in ambiguous environments.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and a sense of humor!
Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree required
Financial services industry experience
Experience with Ariba or other procure‑to‑pay systems
CCWP preferred
