SR .AR CALLERS- Hospital billing -UB04

We are looking for experienced AR Callers in Hospital Billing who will be responsible for following up on claims with insurance companies, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims.
• Follow up on denials, underpayments, and delayed payments.
• Ensure claims are processed accurately and within timelines.
• Document all call activities in the billing system.
• Work with the team to achieve collection targets and reduce AR days.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in AR Calling (Hospital Billing preferred).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of US healthcare, RCM, and insurance guidelines.
• Ability to handle denials and rejections effectively.
