Urgent requirement of a Design Lead for a construction company located in Mohali ( Punjab )

Skills - Strong eye for detail, client management & teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure accuracy across layouts, space utilization & timelines

✅ Review and approve design feasibility, aesthetics & client requirements

✅ Coordinate smoothly with in-house & outsourced teams

✅ Facilitate effective communication between designers, consultants & clients

✅ Provide final approvals for drawings & deliverables without rework

Qualification - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture

Experience - 8+ years of experience in design & project coordination
