Sr. Architect –Alibag

Experience: 8+ years
Education: B.Arch.
Location: Alibag (Maharashtra)
Mandatory: *Need at least 4 years of handled Hospital Construction Experience*

Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design for EPC Design & Build projects in compliance with Government Standards, Tender Specification, DBR, NBC and other necessary code and practice and standards. ∙Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Planning Teams to ensure integrated project delivery. ∙Review and approve Architectural Plans, Sections and Elevation and specifications, and construction documentation. ∙Liaise with Consultant and Government Authorities for Approvals and Statutory Compliance. ∙Ensure alignment with project schedules, cost, and quality targets.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of EPC Design & Build methodologies. ∙Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Suite. ∙Knowledge of National and International Building Codes. ∙Excellent Design, Visualization, and Presentation Skills. ∙Proven experience in Cost Estimation and Value Engineering.
