Sr. Architect

Job description Role & responsibilities:

• Prepare Concept and Scheme.
• Prepare Data sheet.
• Fill up data input sheets from structure and service consultants for each project.
• Co-ordinate with DSH/TL and CADD Technician to hand-over preliminary development drawings to structure and service consultants.
• Co-ordinate between the team and the COO / Project Director and get the desired output.
• Prepare the statement of material requirements / new products available at the market.
• Prepare preliminary drawings for presentation.
• Prepare and consolidate standard details for ease in preparation of drawings.
• Constant Research and development of design and materials.
• Check architectural working drawings to see if all design, structure and service inputs along with revisions have been incorporated.
• Offer technical guidance to the drafting team to ensure adherence to design intent.
• Required to be conversant with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
1. Must be B.Arch graduate
2. Age Group 23 28 yrs
3. Having minimum 1-5 yrs of exp. in similar position
4. Good Drafting skills
5. Exposure to related software
6. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
7. Proficiency in English and MS Office
8. Good written/oral communication and documentation skills.
9. Result Oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
