Sr. Architect

Experience Required: 5-8 years

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using different tools, seeking a Senior Architect with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, planning, and delivering architectural solutions. The role involves leading project design, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and technical specifications.
• Lead project design from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
• Review and approve design documents, materials, and construction methods.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5–8 years of proven architectural design and project delivery experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tools.
• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
