Sr. Architect

• Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and project documentation for residential projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects from conceptualization to execution.
• Prepare detailed estimates for construction costs, including material lists and labor requirements.
• Manage project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and identify potential roadblocks.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, SketchUp; strong understanding of architectural design principles.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills; attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
