Job Summary :-We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect with a B.Arch degree to design, plan, and execute architectural projects. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams to deliver functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design solutions.Key Responsibilities :-Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawingsCoordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsConduct regular site visits to monitor execution and design compliancePrepare drawings, presentations, reports, and approval documentationEnsure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and safety standardsRequirements :-*Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute*2–4 years of relevant architectural experience*Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (Revit / other tools preferred)*Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing*Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsInterested candidates can send resumes to 8341925137 (or) varun.vagarioussolutions@gmail.com
