Hiring: Sr. Architect (Design & Execution)

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur
Industry: Real Estate & Construction (Residential & Township Projects)
Qualification: B.Arch (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in architectural design & project execution
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (as per experience and expertise)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and oversee architectural designs and project layouts.
• Supervise junior architects and coordinate across teams.
• Prepare and review working drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with MEP consultants for integrated service planning.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and design accuracy.
• Interact with clients and deliver efficient, aesthetic, and practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, detailing, and material usage.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
