Sr. Architect Engineer -Consultant supervision

· Minimum 10-15 years working experience in Supervision Consultancy Office at Qatar and GCC.

· Consultant supervision

· Arabic must be first language.

· Duties and responsibilities:

· Review shop drawings, As built drawings, Letters, material Submittals, concept design drawings, BOQ, Method of Statement, IR, Interim payments etc…

· Supervise the contractor, subcontractor for all submittals and supervise all the works to ensure achievement of scope, specifications and quality requirements.

· Required skills and qualifications:

· Project management experience.

· Strong leadership and collaborative skills.

· Client and consultant coordination ability.

· Knowledge of all building regulation and municipality requirements.

· Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills and meet client satisfaction.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting.

· Detail-oriented and highly analytical.

· Experience with different finishing materials.

· Prepared experience in Lusail projects.

· Ready for visa transfer.

· Has capability to manage different projects inthe same time.

· Driving License is advantage.

· Experience in Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage.
