Job summary:
To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs), facilitating effective management of schedules, communications, and departmental coordination.
General Responsibilities:

Follow divisional policy, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all functional areas in line with group delegation of authority policy to ensure fulfilment of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements while delivering quality and cost-effective service in a consistent manner.

Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities:

Manage the SVP’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.

Organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
-
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the SVP.
-
Maintain organized and accessible filing systems.
-
Monitor office supplies and submit requisitions when necessary.

Act as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders.

Support departmental projects by coordinating activities and managing timelines.
