The Role:

Conceptualize and design campaigns, product branding and communication collaterals aligned with AgroStar’s mission of Helping Farmers Win.

Translate complex agricultural solutions into simple, visually engaging designs for farmers.

Develop creative assets for multi-channel marketing: digital platforms, social media, app creatives, packaging, exhibitions and offline campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, product and regional teams to deliver localized and culturally relevant creatives.

Mentor junior designers, review their work and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Drive innovation by staying updated with design trends, motion graphics and storytelling formats.

Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and high design quality.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Creative/Graphic Designer, with proven expertise in leading projects.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns and design execution.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Figma/Sketch.

Solid understanding of typography, color theory and layout principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
