Role Responsibilities:
Website Content & Document Management
Publish and update website content and documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance and correct versioning.
Run regular content audits to remove outdated materials, fix errors and improve usability.
Apply consistent formatting, accessibility and SEO best practices.
Governance & Quality Assurance
Manage content workflows and approvals
Enforce digital governance policies (naming standards, document rules, accessibility).
Conduct pre and post publication quality checks.
Digital Projects & Technical Support
Support delivery of digital enhancements, including testing and troubleshooting CMS issues.
Work with technology teams to maintain platform stability and improve processes and templates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with marketing, distribution, investments, compliance and legal teams to gather requirements.
Provide CMS guidance and communicate timelines and progress clearly.
Continuous Improvement
Identify UX, navigation and content improvements.
Stay updated on digital best practices and contribute to evolving web standards and governance.
Core Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related fields and/or MBA.
3 – 5 years of relevant experience in the asset management/financial services domain.
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ability to navigate process documents with minimal guidance.
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Analytical, organised and proactive
Desired Skills & Experience
CMS experience
Understanding of digital accessibility (WCAG)
Familiarity with SEO and UX basics
Experience in regulated or compliance‑led environments
Basic HTML/CSS (nice to have)
Relevant degree or qualification
