Sr. Associate, Performance Management & Reporting.
What I will be doing:
The Senior Associate in Performance Management & Reporting plays a critical role in managing and analyzing project performance data to drive informed decision-making. This role involves overseeing data collection, identifying trends and variances, and creating comprehensive reports and dashboards for management review. The Senior Associate collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine KPIs, implement process improvements, and enhance reporting through tools like Power BI. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to interpret complex data, and a commitment to maintaining consistent reporting standards across the organization.
Strategic and Planning

Support the development and execution of performance management strategies for monitoring organizational and project KPIs.

Align performance measurement frameworks with business goals and project deliverables.

Contribute to creating annual and quarterly performance improvement plans.
Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems

Ensure adherence to established performance management policies, procedures, and frameworks.

Implement and improve performance tracking systems, such as dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SAP).

Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection and reporting.
Reporting
-
Develop comprehensive performance reports, including variance analysis and benchmarking against industry standards.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and recommend corrective actions for underperforming areas.

Analyze trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Prepare comprehensive performance management reports, including visualizations and narratives, for senior management and stakeholders.

Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.

Implement dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI) to enhance real-time performance tracking.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards for performance reporting.

Conduct root cause analysis on performance deviations and suggest corrective measures.

Lead initiatives for automating reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
Performance Analysis

Analyze project performance data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Develop actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making based on performance metrics.

Apply advanced data analysis techniques (trend analysis, forecasting) to support proactive decision-making.
KPI Management

Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with project teams to align with organizational goals.

Monitor adherence to KPIs and flag deviations proactively.
Process Improvement

Identify gaps in performance management processes and recommend enhancements to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Support the implementation of new performance tracking tools and methodologies.
Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate performance data.

Provide detailed explanations and interpretations of performance metrics during meetings and reviews.
What I should I have:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
-
10+ years of experience in performance management and reporting.
-
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
-
Certifications: PMP or equivalent
