Sr. Associate Workforce Software

We are looking for an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Developer with strong expertise in Variable Pay and Compensation modules. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite during day shifts, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to impactful projects within the automotive finance & accounting domain. Travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions using SuccessFactors Variable Pay & Compensation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth system integration
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Conduct system audits and recommend enhancements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to upskill the team
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and updates
  • Partner with finance & accounting teams to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive innovation by exploring new tools, techniques, and methodologies

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in SuccessFactors Variable Pay & Compensation
  • Strong domain expertise in automotive finance & accounting
  • Proven experience in system integration and technical analysis
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
