JD – primary skills are- AWS and Terraform

Secondary skills are – Devops (Git, jenkins,Docker,Kubernetes)

• Proficiency in provisioning and managing AWS cloud resources(VPC,EC2,IAM,Ecs,EKs,Load balancers, Cloud watch).Supporting the Migrations from on-prem to AWS cloud.
• Should be expertized in writing terraform scripts to automate the Aws services and troubleshooting the issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving issues related to the various application infra.
• Strong system administration skills to manage your servers and other infrastructure components. Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands, networking, security principles.
• A good understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching and an ability to troubleshoot common network connectivity issues.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN. Understanding branching, merging, and managing code repositories.
• The ability to write scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Strong understanding of containerization concepts and familiarity with technologies like Docker. Proficiency in docker including container creation, image management, Dockerfile creation and docker networking.
• In-depth knowledge of kubernetes architecture, including master and worker nodes, pods, deployments, services and ingress. Knowledge of creating k8s manifests, deploying and scaling applications, managing secrets and configurations.
• Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts, CI/CD pipelines work, including build automation, version control, testing, and deployment processes.
• Should have experience in monitoring tools like Prometheous,Grafana and splunk.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to interact with development teams, system administrators,Platform teams.
