As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in developing a suite of world-class products designed to support the rapid growth of our organization. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python/Django. Build scalable and reliable systems to solve complex problems. Collaborate with front-end engineers, QA, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless, high-quality product experiences. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Implement and run unit, integration, and component tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code through profiling and caching strategies. Participate in and lead code reviews, promoting quality and continuous improvement. Diagnose and resolve post-deployment issues to ensure system stability. Design and implement RESTful APIs for both internal and external use. Work cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business objectives. Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance our tech stack.

Job Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience in backend development with Python/Django. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web frameworks. Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and ORMs. Knowledge of asynchronous programming and queuing systems is a plus. Experience with caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) and performance optimization techniques. Solid understanding of version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently or in a collaborative environment. Prior experience working on high-traffic, large-scale applications.
