Sr BI Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.

• Work with Databricks for data processing, ETL/ELT workflows, and collaborative analytics.

• Manage and integrate datasets within Snowflake and Oracle environments.

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across all data operations.

• Collaborate with business and analytics teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting across data platforms.

• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvements.

• (Optional/Good to have) Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in SQL (query optimization, joins, aggregations, functions, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with Databricks.

• Experience with Snowflake.

• Experience with Oracle databases (PL/SQL, schema design, performance tuning).

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

• Experience working in agile, collaborative environments.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
